EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return your order, or a part of it, within 14 days after receiving the order. The right of returning is only for unused and merchantable products that are in their original packages.
In case you wish to return or exchange products contact us first. When you return an ordered product, enclose your customer number/name and your contact information in order for us to return your money.
We do not accept returns later than 14 days from the delivery. After the return has been accepted, the money is returned directly to your account after the return has been received and handled.
The consumer pays for the return freight.

BASIS FOR HOLDING THE DATA FILE
A person has registered as a customer of Himmee Oy, or bought a product from Himmee Oy.
PURPOSE FOR USING THE DATA FILE
The purpose of the data file is to uphold a register of Himmee Oy’s customers, to archive and handle the customers’ orders, and to keep up the customer relationship. The data file may also be used to follow lost orders. The information may be used for developing Himmee Oy’s activities, for statistical purposes and in order to provide more personal targeted contents in our online services. The personal data shall be handled within the limits and provisions of the Personal Data Act.
The information in the data file may be used in Himmee Oy’s own registers in order to target advertising without handing out the information to outside parties. Himmee Oy may use partners in order to keep up the customer and service relationships. A part of the data file information may be transferred to a partner’s server due to technical requirements. The information shall only be handled in order to keep up Himmee Oy’s customer relationship through technical interfaces.
Himmee Oy has the right to publish the information contained in the customer data file in an electronic format or as a written list, in case the customer does not explicitly forbid it. A list is, for instance, mailing labels for direct advertisements. The customer has the right to forbid the publication of information by stating this by email to the data controller.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
The information in the customer data file may only be used by Himmee Oy, except in case Himmee Oy uses an outside service provider, either in order to produce added value services, or in order to make a credit decision. However, the information shall not be disclosed outside Himmee Oy or be used by its partners, except for matters pertaining to credit applications, collection or invoicing, and in case the law requires it. The personal data shall not be transferred outside the European Union, unless it is necessary in order to ensure the technical execution of Himmee Oy or its partner.
The personal data of a person who has registered shall be destroyed upon the user’s request unless the law, unpaid invoices, or collection measures make deleting the information impossible.
DATA FILE SECURITY MEASURES
The data file shall not be handed over to third parties. The right to use the data file requires the user rights of the Verkkokauppa.com internal network. The data file is located at Himmee Oy’s server protected by a password.
The online store’s products are sold by Himmee Oy, Business ID 2608874-1. We sell our products to private persons of legal age to Finland and the EU area. The product prices include VAT. We reserve the right for changes in prices and postal charges.

The products are ordered from the online store’s webpages by adding them to your cart and by paying for the cart’s contents at the cash register service. After a successful order a confirmation is sent to your email. All customer information is handled confidentially. Read more about the handling of contact information in connection with ordering from the “data file description” section. When you order from the online store, you are expected to read and commit to the terms of delivery in force. The prices for the EU countries include the VAT according to Finnish legislation. For sales outside the EU the product’s receiver is responsible for the local taxes, customs fees and other comparable costs.

Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards
The payment transmitting service and payment service is carried out by Paytrail Oy (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oy is shown as the payment receiver on the card invoices for the payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards. Paytrail transmits the payment to the seller. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution permit.

Online bank services
The payment transmitting service and payment service connected with online bank payments is carried out by Paytrail Oy (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. From the user’s point of view, the service functions just like a conventional online payment.
The deliveries are to the home address. The delivery costs of your order are visible after you have chosen the method of payment and delivery. Our delivery time is c. 4-14 weekdays. The more exact times are presented in connection with the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by a force majeure reason, or for the indirect disadvantages caused by delays. Exceptional delivery times are stated on the product pages of the online store. You can track the shipment using the follow-up code that is delivered along with the order’s shipping confirmation.
In case the product goes missing during transport, is damaged, or the customer was delivered a wrong product, then the customer must report the error immediately to email@example.com
The report about a wrong delivery or a damaged product must be made within 14 days after receiving the product. In case the package was damaged in transport, a complaint about the product must be made to the carrier immediately. Always take pictures of the damaged package and keep the package for the complaint.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. You must read the terms of delivery in force before you order.
Any disputes concerning deliveries that cannot be solved through negotiations shall be settled at the Helsinki District Court according to Finnish legislation.
